Return policy

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

* Downloadable products listed as Printables in the store.
* t- shirts and other clothing items. Our clothing is sourced through a third party e.g. Zazzle. All returns are subject to the policies of these vendors.

To complete your return, please send a copy of your email receipt and the item in its original packaging to ;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Remember that it may take several weeks for us to receive your item. If it has been more than six weeks since you sent your return to us and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at hello@specialmomadvocate.com.

Exchanges;
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@specialmomadvocate.com and send your item to: PO Box 462, Ojai, CA, 93024, United States.
