“Getting to Know Me” Info Sheet for Teachers

Description

A “Get to Know Me” sheet is a fabulous way to help your teachers get a quick glimpse into your child’s strengths and challenges. It helps the teacher learn about the child’s strengths, while also alerting the teacher to areas that might need some extra work. It also gives the teacher insight into some of the things happening at home so the teacher has a broader understanding of the child’s life.  I created an editable word file that lets you insert your own child’s information in an easy-to-read format.
